Back-off distance

Enter the distance the tool will back-off, after the initial touch, before making the final measure move.

The value should be a mm value if the machine is using mm units, or an inch value if the machine is using inch units.

Refer to the programming guide for further information.

The default value is '0.25' for mm units, or '0.010' for inch units.
